Marked “NW” for Willi Nonnemann, a Pforzheim German jeweler silversmith known for his filigree and Modernist twist on nature and beauty. Began operations in 1932 and his business was still in operation under his children and grandchildren as best we can determine.

This butterfly is likely a mid century piece c. 1940s-1950s.
