Removable sleeves turns this into a hooded, or non-hooded vest. Hood can be rolled into collar and easily zipped in.

Light-weight.

This was purchased 30 - 40 years ago. Materials are a guess. Outer shell is kind of crinkly and feels like a type of nylon. Inner thin shell feels like silk. I do not remember this being waterproof. Falls just above belt line.

Used. Some lining separation inside collar / hood  junction not affecting outer shell connection, and only visible under jacket. Worn buttons. Other wise still looks good.
