This unique box that we like to call a Crokinole Counter holds the playing buttons (biscuits), scoring pegs and acts as a counter for scoring matches. No more hunting for that missing game piece!

Wood Artist Paul Szewc of Guelph, Ontario, Canada designed and built this awesome Crokinole Storage Box/Score Keeper that stores the playing pieces as well as keeps score during play. It is a delight to use and is a delight to the eye. The top and bottom of the box are made out of North American Cherry.

PERSONALIZE your box for an additional $20 USD. Please put words to engrave in "Notes to Shop".

(NOTE: We will engrave the side of the box if it fits. If not we will place it on the underside of the lid. Unless you otherwise state.

The concept of the dark and light patterning shown on the scoreboard follows Paul's trademark patterning you will see on a number of his products. Even the exterior walls of his gallery replicate what he calls his "crazy pattern". Paul likes to be unique, different, and one-of-a-kind!

The image on the box lid has been laser engraved—it will never wear off.

The 1-1/4" buttons (black/natural) and scoring pegs come with the storage box.

The top fits snugly into the base, and is held in place by rare earth magnets. The bottom consists of two sections; one for the 1-1/4" biscuits and a separate section for the scoring pegs.

It is finished with multiple sanding's and sprayed with sealer then sanded again and then sealed. This creates that smooth-to-the-touch finish. This process is the same as what a high quality piece of furniture receives. It is very durable and requires no care. Simply wipe with a damp cloth if it becomes dirty. It will last for many years to come.

No stains have been used - all natural wood only.

Total approximate dimensions of nestled unit - corner to corner: 10" L x 2-3/4" W x 1-3/4" D.

Due to variance in wood grain, your item may differ slightly from the one pictured.

As wood is a natural living product it can be a little unruly; knots, streaking, other blemishes and flaws in the grain can occur during the natural growth of the tree. We at Masterpiece Lasered Wood, the home of the famous "Wonky" furniture design believe these imperfections add a uniqueness to our products and LOVE us some rebellious wood grain or an interesting knot here or there that doesn't interfere with the use of the item.
