This is a new OEM door mirror. It was ordered wrong, never installed but shop didn't keep box. Not aftermarket junk!

The painted cover and glass is sold separate from dealer. 

If you have a broken head, this is all you need - you can swap the other parts though I'd have a body shop do it.

2013-2015 Avalon without blind spot,  with auto dim, memory (11 wire) - No blind spot - only XLE models.
