This Kate Spade New York tote bag is a perfect addition to any shopper or beach-goer's collection. It is huge, reusable, and 100% cotton! I can't imagine there's a limit to what this tote can carry. It doesn't come with tags, but it is brand new in the bag- only took it out of the bag to check for flaws and to take pictures of the item.
