Vintage 1970's signed black & white 8x10 cardstock photo of then Secretary of State, Cyrus Vance. The signed photo measures approx 8" x 10" & has been signed with a black marker. Appears to be hand signed, but I cannot be 100% certain. Photo is in good condition & corners are still mostly sharp, but may have a couple small bends & a wrinkle to the upper left corner. The back of the photo has been stamped with the collector's information & in the upper left hand corner, "Photo autographed by Sec. Vance: Dept of State" has been handwritten. Photo is in good condition, but has some discoloration from age & storage. Again, this is not on glossy photo paper, but a thicker cardstock. Please note, I do NOT have a Certificate of Authenticity as this came from a relative's estate, so please judge authenticity for yourself. Please see photos.
