A Liberty Blue Staffordshire China Made in England and measuring 9 3/4" Dinner Plate of the Independence Hall with a scene of horses and the Hall.  It is in Good condition with no chips or cracks - See pictures for best assessment of condition.  The one spot that may look like a chip in the pictures is actually a spot that didn't get any color when the plate was made.  Please ask questions.
