This is an expressionist pastel with several figures, 6 1/2"x6 1/2" by sight, signed in the image "D.T.R."  It is also signed and titled in pencil below on the matte "D.T. Rocha 3/6/" and "Eli."  It is framed under matte and glass and is in very good condition.   The outside dimensions of the frame are 12"x12".
