True original based on the markings on his bum. 

The figure is in excellent condition.  Minimal cracking at the joints, his face is clean and crisp.  His blonde hair has minimal paint loss. 

His uniform shirt has some discoloration, mainly around where the decals were.  His pants are in excellent condition.  Both the shirt and pants have all the snaps. 

Also includes his sailor hat and boots.
