Vintage 1974 Signed Letter from former Kennedy/Johnson Secretary of State, Dean Rusk, with Original Envelope.  The letter measures approx 8 1/2" x 11" & was in response to a request for a Christmas cards from Dean Rusk.  Typed letter is dated December 10, 1974 & is on The University of Georgia School of Law stationary.  Letter is signed "Dean Rusk" with a black felt tip pen.  Letter is in ok condition free of tears, but there are some bends around the edges, a mildew stain along the right hand side & discoloration all over from age & storage.  Letter has been tri-folded to fit the envelope.  The postmarked envelope has heavy discoloration, but no other tears.  Item came from a relative's estate, so there is no COA.  Please see photos & judge authenticity for yourself.
