Ingredients:

Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol)(from Lanolin). Other Ingredients: Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Softgel Capsule (bovine gelatin [BSE-free], glycerin, water).

Direction:

Take 1 softgel with a fat-containing meal once weekly, or as directed by your physician. This product is intended to be used under the supervision of a healthcare professional and not for daily use. Vitamin D and calcium levels should be monitored while taking this product. Do not exceed recommended dose. Store in a cool, dry place.
