Contact us by calling us at prior to your return so that we can email you our RMA form. Please include the RMA with your returned item.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us before proceeding, so that we can remedy the situation for you.
Make sure you send your return via an insured and traceable service such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You'll want to be able to track the package if any questions arise. Return your item in an appropriate corrugated outer shipping carton (like we used to ship to you).
- Food items cannot be returned.
- Shipping charges are not refunded / reimbursed.
- If our shipment to you is refused, or if it's returned to us because of an address error, etc., the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Items can only be returned if in Brand New, Unused and Resellable condition.
