Returns will be accepted on unchalked, unused, items only. If you are returning an item that is not as described, we will assume all the costs of making sure you get the correct item. If it is our fault, we pay all shipping costs involved. If you are returning an item because you don't like it, a %15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
