Shipping

We require signature confirmation for deliveries. You can call and schedule the delivery with the carrier if you want to customize the delivery on the day and time that suits you. Please note that product will be shipped in two individual packages, the carrier may separate packages causing boxes to be delivered at different times or days.
- Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after purchase.
- We use FedEx and R+L Carrier for our shipments.
- Delivery times are estimated to be within 5 business days after shipment.
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
