Hard Plastic - may be Melamine but I am not certain, just feels like it may be. I am calling them Plastic since I am not certain on material content.

They have normal utensil scratches here and there. They are pre-owned and were used in the camper for a short time. Super cute and makes a great plate for a Summer Brunch / Lunch or Dinner.
