Winning bidders please remit payment via Paypal within 5 days of auction close. If payment is not received in 7 days of close of auction a case will be opened so the item can be re-listed. You will also be removed from purchasing future items in the store.
All our merchandise is sold as is with no returns. Only in rare circumstances at the stores discretion will we accept returns within 14 days of mailing date and a partial or full refund will be given when received based on circumstances. We do our absolute best to describe all flaws or damage to the items we list and take photographs as a part of our description, so review them carefully. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us and give us the opportunity to come to a mutual decision so you are satisfied prior to opening a case or leaving feedback. It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item you bid on and/or purchase, in the condition that we have described. If there is a problem/concern with your item, please contact us prior to leaving feedback as your satisfaction is important to us! In the event that I agree to refund your money or accept a return of the item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. At times, items may be lost; stolen or missing from our stock. Under these circumstances, we do our very best to immediately inform the customer and issue a refund. These type situations are out of our control, so we ask for your understanding. If the item is located, we notify the customer and in most cases the item is re-purchased and everyone is happy. Thank you for your patronage and understanding. Note: You will be removed from purchasing items in our store if we so desire based on wrongful circumstances and inappropriate behavior on the buyers part. Each item is marked for identification - meaning that we are completely aware if an item has been switched; changed or wrongly damaged or replaced. We have record of each item by proof of item marking; photograph; video and/or certification of each item as it is represented in the description. We will notify immediately if we see any circumstance that is misrepresenting's policy and procedures.
The store has a variety of items that appeal to the customer. Items are listed to the best of our ability and we appreciate any feedback you may have to improve upon our services. If the listing does not have information in the description of an item that you may be aware of, we appreciate you telling us so we can better serve you! We have many comeback customers and appreciate your trust and patronage.
