Yellow  one measures 10.5" high 

Red one measures 8" high 

There is some duct tape on the bottoms

I added a small piece on each of the figures on the underside of the mushroom tops

This is to keep any of the sand / weight inside during shipping

The two small pieces of tape should be removed upon delivery
