We now little to nothing about this item. It is a woven winnowing basket, 13" in diameter. It appears to be of Northwest origin, we found it in the Pacific Northwest. It is obviously a utilitarian item, not sure what is was sorting, it appears to be quite well constructed, and there was some effort to "dress it up" a bit, by adding a trim of bark or leather (were are not sure which) to the top and bottom rim. We are guessing at a price, we may be starting it a little on the high side, but we are willing to consider offers. The longer we have it, the more interested we will be in adjusting our acceptance price.
