This item is a rare new unused 1988 Ohio Valley Mine Rescue Contest, First Aid & Benchman, Belt Buckle, from St. Clairsville, Ohio. It is one of a limited edition of 500 made. It states on the back, "This 7th Annual Mine Rescue Contest limited edition collector's belt buckle is dedicated to the men and women who unselfishly gave of their time and effort for the security of their fellow workers. They are indeed a 'SPECIAL BREED OF MINERS'." Signed by Richard S. Rice, President, and dated 1988. Made by General Graphics. This item is unused & still in the original plastic bag. It measures approx. 2-1/2" X 2-1/8".
