This item is a rare new unused 1986 31st Annual Southern W. Va. Mine Rescue & First Aid Contest Belt Buckle with matching key chain. It states on the back "Southern West Virginia Mine Rescue and First Aid Association, August 28 & 29, 1986." Located in Beckley. Both pieces are solid brass with black enameling. This item is unused & still in the original box; the key chain is in the original cello. Buckle measures It measures approx. 3-1/4" x 2-1/8". Key chain is approx. 1-5/8" x 1" not counting chain and ring. Made by Fox Advertising Specialty Co. of Beckley, W.V.
