Bradford Pear Germination:
1) Soak seed in very warm water for for 24 hours to soften the seeds. Use a thermos to keep the water warm.
2) Place seed inside of a zip lock bag filled with moist vermiculite and place them inside the fridge for 60 days to cold stratify.
3) Sow the seeds no deeper than 1/16" of an inch deep, and use place in a well lit area that receives a lot of sun, or use a grow light.
4) Use a heated propagator mat to keep the soil at 75 degrees F, and also cover with a piece of plastic to keep humidity levels high.
5) Keep "slightly moist", and expect germination within 3-4 weeks.
