The napkin holders are from a company, Mr. and Mrs. Woodworker, Indianapolis Indiana. It was in business from 1979 to 1995. These were handmade and hand painted and properly cared for over the years. These are a fun find and an unique addition to your rare finds collections as the maker of these has not continued producing them since 1995.
