I do not have a lot of storage area so the clothes are tightly packed and some will be wrinkled. Buying from a store, I would recommend washing them too. I do not issue discounts for wrinkled clothes-it is your responsibility to wash and/or iron them as you wish. All used clothes come washed but again, some are wrinkled and will need to be washed and/or ironed if you prefer. This includes dress clothes that might need to be taken to cleaner to have them pressed if they are dry clean only. *** **I accept returns and will issue a full refund on the merchandise total as long as you return the item as you received it-not used, tags still there no missing or broken parts-must be in the exact same condition.
