The top grill plate adjusts to the thickness of foods making this panini press great for making grilled sandwiches, wraps, vegetables and more. An infinitely adjustable temperature knob allows for precise temperature control up to 570°F with a ready light to indicate when grill is at desired temperature. A removable crumb and grease tray and the included steel bristle brush allow for quick and easy cleaning. This panini grill is commercial-grade and designed to withstand daily use in commercial foodservice environments including hotels, restaurants, cafeterias and more.
