Brand new factory sealed dvd-r is a proprietery burn on a public domain label so be sure your machine supports this. It probably won't play on recordable devices such as a computer or burn deck.
The back of the case has some wrinkles in the plastic on the right edge and across the top. I can't tell if its just the shrinkwrap or the plastic window of the case. At any rate, its a hiccup from the factory and the original poster artwork underneath is undamaged which could simply be transfered to another case.
This probably is full screen or letterboxed (for zoom mode) at best and the sourceprint used might be a tape. So expect scratches, faded color, jump splices, etc. like a true grindhouse fan.
