ATQ Hand-Painted Dish Floral Motif Candy Bonbon Vanity Trinket PT Bavaria 7.25”W.
This is a sweet, little candy dish made by Bavarian manufacturer, Tirschenreuth, hand-painted, signed (Rosch.) and numbered by artist, dating to the early 1900s. This bonbon dish is elegantly decorated with Periwinkle blue flowers that resemble forget-me-nots and a pale green border on a twisted, leaf-shaped dish; gold accents at the rim. It is in very good to excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. There is some minor wear noted to the gold gilt. The bottom is stamped "PT Bavaria" with a shield, numbered "2525", "74" and hand written ”Studio Handpainted China”.
