A twenty year history of the cafeteria that Horace Boos (who died in 1926) started with his younger brothers in Los Angeles that eventually grew to six Los Angeles locations and with one in Avalon on Catalina Island.

Changing with the times with new innovations the Boos brothers offered quality food for fair prices in a cafeteria style setting. The 40-page booklet celebrates the cafeteria employees with cameo portraits while also promoting Los Angeles with articles and recreation photos that showcase the growing opportunities in the "City of Angels." 

Included in the publication are also short articles on diet and health.

Includes many green hued photos of the cafeteria, employees, and Los Angeles sites.
