The Leybold ITR 90 is a hot cathode ionization gauge designed for vacuum measurement of non-flammable gases 
and gas mixtures in a pressure range of 5 x 10-10 to 1000 mbar. It combines a Bayard-Alpert ionization gauge for 
high vacuum (UHV) measurement and a Pirani gauge for rough vacuum measurement. This allows for a wide 

measuring range  across different vacuum stages.

Some of its features include:
Continuous pressure measurements from 1 x 10-10 mbar/torr to atmospheric pressure
Compact design with exchangeable cathodes and degas mode
Bakeable sensor to enable UHV measurement
Analogue, display, digital, and profibus interfaces available for simple installation
High repeatability within the typical process pressure range of 10-2 to 10-9 mbar
Precise UHV pressure measurements with passive gauging, enabling measurement down to 10-12 mbar/torr
