This depicts a spectacled man wearing a green hat, white collar, black coat.  It is in rough shape, with a chip at the back rim with a hairlien crack, and chips in the paint all over.

The cup measures approximately 2.25" tall x 2.25" wide shoulder to handle x 2" nose to back.

Pre-owned.  Poor condition.  There is a chip at the back rim, with a hairline crack.  There are chips in the paint all over.
