This listing is for a 6” cutting that can be rooted in fresh water or directly in soil. Leaves will wilt during shipping and many are removed before shipping. Put cutting in a glass of fresh water immediately upon receipt.


Sweet potato vine is a beautiful fast growing ornamental plant. The leaves are a bright eye catching shade of chartreuse lime green. It will produce a delicate white morning glory flower. They can be cut and rooted easily, and spread like a creeping ground cover. This variety looks beautiful paired with the bright green variety - Ipomoea Sweet Caroline  - also available in my shop. :)

It works as a ground cover, indoor house plant, spills over in a hanging basket, in mixed arrangements, fairy gardens, or even rock gardens!! It likes bright light and warmth.

Normalshipping wear should be expected – leaves may fall off or soil can bedisrupted. However, it’s getting cold out there. Most plants do hold upfine during shipping but if you would like to add a heat pack they are listedfor $2.00. I will not replace for cold damage if you choose not to purchase theheat pack.
