Mid-Century NAPCO Napcoware Japan Boy with Christmas Wreath Planter.  Has chip on the holly on front by the boy.  Has some remnants of Styrofoam stuck to the bottom.  I was unable to remove it.  The planter measures 3" tall x 4" wide.  Measures 5.5" tall including the boy.
