In order to do so, we need photo proof from our customers. After we file a claim, we will then be able to issue a refund or replacement. 2. Return Due to Customer Order Error or if customer does not like the product: Returns must be in their original cartons. Customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping and all applicable fees. 3. Return Due to Our Error: We will credit or replace from stock, as applicable.
