EVENING SCENTED STOCK. The blooms open in late afternoon and stay open through the night. The fragrant blooms attract butterflies and bees in the evening as well as hawk moths at night. When the flowers open in the late afternoon full of nectar, all the other local flowers have already given up their nectar for the day. So it's a very popular plant in the late afternoons with the nectar eating community. Evening Stock is pretty much carefree after established. Not real picky about soil. Does well in baskets, containers or flower beds. Keep seedlings watered until established, then light water for mature flowering plants. Deadhead for blooms all summer.1000+ Quality seeds per order.
