Charles Rozell Swindoll is an evangelical Christian pastor, author, educator, and radio preacher. He founded Insight for Living, headquartered in Frisco, Texas, which airs a radio program of the same name on more than 2,000 stations around the world in 15 languages.

Hardcovers have complementary coloring. Volume 1 has gray dust jacket and gray paper boards over burgundy cloth spine. Volume II burgundy marbled dust jacket and burgundy paper over gray cloth spine. Both have silver lettering on front and spine. Both dust jackets are Complete and in Fine (As New) condition. No MSR nor other codes marked on jackets indicate they were a premium for supporters of the radio program. Always privately owned, there are no markings of any kind.
