FLAWS ON COLLAR/neckline

-small worn through hole on the collar point

-small frayed hole on inner collar above button

-hard to explain long "cut" on inner neck towards the front that has either been sewn down or maybe liquid stitched? 

-hemline is starting to fray

-I am not the original owner and didn't notice the flaws prior to purchase, so no clue how they got there or how to fix

-Was line dried, so may need ironing

Underarm to underarm: about  22.5"

Shoulder to hem: about  28"
