These shorts are in good used condition. There is not a lining, so I'm not sure if they are "swim" shorts or just shorts. The drawstring works well. There are no holes or stains that I found. Size is Large. The waist measurements are without the drawstring pulled. Waist: 17 inches. Length: 17 inches. These shorts would make a nice addition to an outing.
