This is a set or partial set of 3 bowls -- one large and two small. Anchor Hocking sold these bowls as a dessert set in the 1952 catalog. The set consisted of one 8 1/4" bowl and eight 4 5/8" dessert bowls. They called the pattern Early American (don't confuse it with the Early American Precut pattern). The pattern is an all-over diamond pattern with a clear bottom that has a square rayed design in the center. In addition to the 9 piece Dessert set, it was also sold as open stock. #1124 was the 4 5/8" square dessert bowl, and #1128 was the 8 1/4" square bowl.
So this group of three bowls is either the 1100/35 set missing 6 of the small bowls -- or else 2 of the open stock small bowls and one of the large bowl.
The condition is used, in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches on 2 of the bowls. One small bowl has some minor roughness near one corner, caused by a few minuscule nicks in the inner rim. The large bowl weighs 1 pound 6.8 ounces, and each of the small bowls weigh 6.4 ounces (total weight is 2 pounds 3.6 ounces.)
