We do not charge re-stocking fee; there is no charge to return a sealed item. However, there is an open item fee if the outer package has been opened. Please understand that we cannot resell returned items as new as we cannot guarantee that they were kept in a smoke/pet-free environment. Items opened by customers are NOT considered new. Unless otherwise specified, items could be returned within 3 days, but there will be a 25% or $10 (whichever is greater) open item fee. The Customer is also responsible for shipping costs. Items returned after 3 days will be considered used and there will be 50% used item fee. If the customer files a false claim, i.e., item not as described, doesn't seem authentic, doesn't work, defective, etc., a 50% fee will be deducted from the refund. Absolutely no returns / refunds after 30 days. Items that have been accessible to pets as well as items with odors or signs of wear will not qualify for refunds. Missing parts, i.e., retail tags, gift receipts, dust bags, gift bags, gift boxes, etc., as well as not following return instructions, will be subject to additional deductions.
