I strive to provide an excellent product and service and do my best to provide a detailed product listing. On the rare occasion where a listing or shipping error occurs, I will do my best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Buyers must contact me within 3 days of receipt to advise of an issue. Refunds will be issued on items that are not a described or defective. There will be NO REFUNDS on bedding items for style, color, match or fit as it is the buyers responsibility to determine these conditions prior to purchase. I am happy to answer questions or provide additional photos to help my buyers make a good purchase decision. Bedding is a a personal item. I can not accept bedding back after it leaves me, even if unopened, as it can pick up odors, stains, pet hair or other things. Computer monitors show color differently and it is hard to rely on these photos at times to determine exact color. I will include a manufacturer color name in the listing details if one is provided. If you are looking for a specific color, please research the item on the internet or ask questions prior to purchase. Authorized returns may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all inserts. Credit issued will be less the actual shipping cost for purchases (in cases where the listing had free shipping). The buyer is responsible to ship the item back at their expense. No returns for any reason on items that have been used or laundered as these items are no longer sellable.
