True vintage pantaloons pettipants bloomers are silky white Nylon with 3 bands of lace at the hem. Pull on style.

Condition is previously owned vintage, gently and lightly worn. No issues were noted. These are in excellent condition.

Waist measures about 14.5 inches across with elastic not stretched, and stretches to about 20 inches across.

Hips measure about 22 inches across with fabric slightly stretched

Rise is about 15 inches from waistband to crotch seam

Inseam is about 7 inches from crotch seam to edge of lace at hem
