DELICIOUS 51 Cantaloupe. This cantaloupe, or muskmelon, has heavily netted skin with thick walls and a small seed cavity. It is more tolerant of drought than other cantaloupes and can be grown in a wider variety of climates. Like all melons ,DELICIOUS 51 needs 2-3 months of summer heat. About 85 days to maturity. These can be grown on hills or a trellis in a container. Medium to heavy water and a little organic fertilizer. The bee's do most of the work.40+ seeds per order.
