This copy was inscribed and signed by John Trudell to John Anthony Miller, owner of Phantom Bookshop and his wife Katie on that date.

Included is a hand-made and colored bookmark advertising this event and a year 2000 post card addressed to Phantom Bookshop announcing two California events honoring John’s appearances.

This is an unread perfect copy that was kept sealed in a cabinet all these years. Stated first edition.
