Some scratches and one little dent to front black surface. Not rusted, a few edge chips. Lovely interior (some powder still remains - can be removed). Little dusters are clean. Mirror Glass panel opens and is not broken. Snaps secure. Estimated 1940's - 1950's vintage (VPI was not the official University name until 1944). A one owner Southwest Virginia family item and age is also based on design and family history. Made of metal and mirror glass, include little dusters. Just under 2 3/4" w x 1/4". THIS IS A RARE ITEM.
