Ruby Red Swiss Chard (Beta vulgaris cicla) will produce beautiful red-veined savoy green leaves on ruby red stalks. Plants will grow 18-24" tall. The greens are best harvested young for salads. Mature greens are great for saute and steam as well. This annual is more frost tolerant than other chards
