Waist stretches 26-44", leg opening stretches 22-34". Used.  There is a 2" area where the black microfiber separated from the lace, it's not really noticeable but could also be easily fixed with a minor sewing repair.  No brand tag but looks like Soma brand. From a clean, non-smoking and pet-free home.
