From a smoke free home, cute floppy dog, this is vintage but there is no date on the tag, made in Korea. No holes and in good condition.
The tag looks like it has some green writing on it and the ribbon shows some age as well as a small spot on the back of the head which I have shown in the pictures. 8 1/2 inches long and 4 inches high at the head.
