What types of pools is WYBOT A1 suitable for?
Suitable for flat and smooth pool bottoms, not recommended for pools with a slope exceeding 15 degrees or with many wrinkles at the bottom.
Why does the machine need time to recalibrate when it hits the edge or reverses?
Because A1 briefly pauses to enhance edge cleaning power before resuming cleaning the pool floor.
Why does water appear inside the product packaging?
Each unit undergoes meticulous underwater testing before packaging to ensure optimal performance upon delivery. Minor dampness or water stains on the machine are considered normal.
What should be noted when selecting the cleaning cycle?
It's important to ensure that the A1 is fully charged before selecting the cycle.
Why won’t the machine charge?
Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.
Return Policy
• We guarantee against any defective or misrepresented products. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
• Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.
