Heavenly scented night-blooming flowers, compared by some to be like fresh baked cake from the oven.  With clusters of pure white pinwheel flowers, the reverse is a maroon-red. Very unusual plant, grown since the late 1800’s. Best grown in pots in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun.  Grows to 12” high and blooms all summer to fall. Annual.

Seed sowing instructions: Sow seed indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date on the surface of a moistened, good seed-starting mix. Cover seed lightly with fine grit or seed-starting mix, provide light and keep moist, in warm temperatures, 65-70 degrees F.  They can then be transplanted out when large enough to handle and temperatures stay above freezing.
