Mr. Smith was an American basketball coach for University of Tulsa, University of Georgia, University of Kentucky, University of Minnesota Texas Tech University and the University of Memphis.  He is the coach for the men's basketball team at High Point University, his alma mater. There is writing in pen on the back of the index card. Excellent condition. It would be a great addition to any collection!
