It measures about 3 3/4” tall and is 3 1/4” wide at the rim. It is 3 3/8” wide including handle. The interior measures about 3 3/8” tall and 3” diameter at the rim. 

It holds about 10 ounces of liquid.
 
It appears to be in new, unused condition, with no chips or cracks. I received in a gift basket and never used it.
